Day 3

Meet your shortlisted candidates

We surface 2–3 pre-screened candidates from our bench or our immediate network. Each has been technically assessed and culturally vetted by our team. You interview, you decide — we don't push anyone.

  • Detailed candidate profiles with code samples
  • Technical assessment results
  • You conduct your own interview
  • No pressure to choose — take your time

Common questions

What if the developer isn't a good fit?

It happens. We'll replace them with a new candidate at no extra cost, typically within 5–7 days. Your project doesn't have to stop.

How do you vet your developers?

Every developer on our bench has passed a technical assessment in their stack, completed a practical coding challenge, and had a culture-fit interview with our team. We only shortlist people we'd hire ourselves.

What hours do your developers work?

Our engineers are based in Islamabad (PKT, UTC+5). Most can flex their schedule to cover 4–6 hours of overlap with US Eastern or UK time zones.

Can I interview candidates before committing?

Absolutely. You always interview before anyone joins your team. We never place someone without your approval.

What's the minimum engagement?

We ask for a 3-month minimum to give projects a fair run — though most clients stay much longer. After 3 months, you can scale up, scale down, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

Sounds straightforward?

It is. Get in touch and we'll have candidates in front of you within 72 hours.
