OffSetup Talent Panel

We’re building a panel of Pakistan’s best IT talent.

Every month our clients in the US and UK ask us for more people than we have on hand. Register once, and yours is the profile we reach for when the next project lands.

Who we’re looking for

  • Developers — full-stack, front-end, back-end, mobile, WordPress
  • AI/LLM engineers, and developers who ship faster with Claude, Cursor or Copilot
  • SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, S/4HANA) and Oracle Financials / Fusion consultants
  • ERP, Salesforce, Dynamics and NetSuite specialists
  • Data engineers, DevOps and cloud, QA automation, cybersecurity
  • Analyst programmers, business analysts, DBAs
  • Project and product managers, UI/UX designers, technical writers

What you get

  • Remote work with US and UK clients
  • Contracts and invoicing handled by us — you focus on the work
  • We call you first when a project matches what you do
  • Your details stay private until you agree to be put forward
